Jazzwise Summer School - I'm booked , anyone else going
Well I've gone and done it now, four hours of tuition and four hours of playing each day for 5 days! I must be mad,,,

Most I do is 2 or so hours at a go so I wonder how much more difficult 4 hours of playing will be?

Is anyone else going? Any experiences from anyone who's been before?

Sounds neat, I find if I suddenly up the number of hours I practice to 3 or 4, my emboucher goes doolally, hissing sid springs to mind. Notes could be anywhere, but by the end of the week you should be ready for just about anything, Eddie "Lockjaw" Davis will have nothing on you!

Good luck!

Hi Ian - wow, sounds like you're fired up for the week. Only advice is to make sure you really work the tunes out of Volume 54 of the Aebersold series. Know the heads off by heart if you can and the chords too! See you July 27th!
